Uji Matcha Ganache 宇治抹茶白巧
The earthy tone with a slight bitterness from the finest Japanese Uji Matcha and the subtle pleasantness of Belgian semi sweet white chocolate creates a rich and creamy taste that literally melts in your mouth.
 
The base cake is Uji Matcha chiffon cloud cake, layered with matcha white chocolate ganache, then finish off the cake with matcha white chocolate whipped cream.
 
**NO ADDITIONAL SUGAR added into matcha ganache filling and whipped cream. The sweetness of both comes entirely from the semi sweet white chocolate.
 
Our chiffon cloud cake is so fluffy, light, and less sweet that you can easily eat a few slices!
 
This cake should be kept refrigerated or consumed immediately upon collection. (THIS CAKE IS EXTREMELY FRAGILE AS NO ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENT IS USED AS CREAM STABILISER, )
