Our take on the classic Black Forest begins with soft, moist Belgian chocolate chiffon cake. Each layer is generously spread with velvety vanilla chantilly cream, a touch of blueberry jam for a tangy fruit lift, and a layer of fresh-cut cherries.
The combination of creamy whipped cream, crunchy-juicy fruit, and chocolate sponge creates a beautifully balanced bite—sweet, slightly tart, and deeply chocolatey. It’s finished with a drizzle of glossy Belgian chocolate ganache and crowned with a whole cherry on top, staying true to the charm of this timeless favourite.

This cake should be refrigerated or enjoyed immediately upon collection. It is extremely fragile, as no artificial stabilizers are used in the cream.
