Our take on the classic Black Forest begins with soft, moist Belgian chocolate chiffon cake. Each layer is generously spread with velvety vanilla chantilly cream, a touch of blueberry jam for a tangy fruit lift, and a layer of fresh-cut cherries.
The combination of creamy whipped cream, crunchy-juicy fruit, and chocolate sponge creates a beautifully balanced bite—sweet, slightly tart, and deeply chocolatey.
