Enjoy a rich black sesame cake base, layered with smooth Uji matcha cream. Finished with a final frosting of black sesame cream, this cake perfectly balances the umami taste of matcha with earthy flavors.
Our chiffon cloud cake is so fluffy, light and less sweet that you can easily eat a few slices!
This cake should be refrigerated or enjoyed immediately upon collection. It is extremely fragile, as no artificial stabilizers are used in the cream.
