Dark Chocolate Caramel Banana 黑巧焦糖香蕉
Our first chocolate cake! We use 54.5% Belgian Chocolate in our Cloud Cake,  layer cream, and frosting. Sandwiches with thick slice of bananas and honemade salted caramel drizzle. A perfect combo for bitter sweet lover!
 
Our chiffon cloud cake is so fluffy, light, and less sweet that you can easily eat a few slices!
 
This cake should be kept refrigerated or consumed immediately upon collection. (THIS CAKE IS EXTREMELY FRAGILE AS NO ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENT IS USED AS CREAM STABILISER)

The cut-off time is at 4 pm, and order that is placed after 4 pm are not processed until the next business day.
