This Hōjicha Yuzu Chiffon Cloud Cake is an unbelievable, irresistible and unique cake! The nutty, roasted aroma of Hōjicha is perfectly complemented by the sweet citrusy flavor of yuzu cream. Try this unique and perfect combination of bittersweet flavors - it is sure to tantalize your taste buds
**NO ADDITIONAL SUGAR added into Hōjicha ganache filling and whipped cream. The sweetness of both comes entirely from the semi sweet chocolate.
Our chiffon cloud cake is so fluffy, light, and less sweet that you can easily eat a few slices!
This cake should be refrigerated or enjoyed immediately upon collection. It is extremely fragile, as no artificial stabilizers are used in the cream.
