The delicate flavor of Japanese jasmine green tea is the secret ingredient in the fluffy chiffon cloud cake and infused whipping cream. Every bite offers a fragrant blend of jasmine green tea with a subtle sweetness from class one shine muscat.
Our chiffon cloud cake is so fluffy, light, and less sweet that you can easily eat a few slices!
This cake should be refrigerated or enjoyed immediately upon collection. It is extremely fragile, as no artificial stabilizers are used in the cream.
