Jujube Longan 桂圓龍眼
Another Asian herbal tea inspired cake - Jujube and Longan!
To give this cake a deeper, richer, fuller molasses flavor, we used brown sugar chiffon clouds as the base cake. Dried longan and jujube for overall flavor to be intensified with light sweetness and having a chewy texture.
Our chiffon cloud cake is so fluffy, light, and less sweet that you can easily eat a few slices!
This cake should be refrigerated or enjoyed immediately upon collection. It is extremely fragile, as no artificial stabilizers are used in the cream.
