Mont Blanc Earl Grey is a cake that made of fluffy earl grey sponge, sandwiched with dairy whipped cream and our homemade chest nut puree (contains rum). The “chestnut mess” on top is an iconic appearance of the Mont Blanc Cake.
Our chiffon cloud cake is so fluffy, soft and less sweet that you can easily eat a few slices!
This cake should be refrigerated or enjoyed immediately upon collection. It is extremely fragile, as no artificial stabilizers are used in the cream.
✅ A plastic cake knife, a candle, and a birthday topper are included.
❌ NO customization with wording on our chiffon cloud cake/ board.
