Osmanthus Rock Sugar Snow Pear 桂花冰糖雪梨
A cake that inspired by two Chinese desserts - Osmanthus flower jelly and rock sugar snow pear dessert! This cake is made with honey chiffon cloud base, interlayered with a layer of osmanthus flower jelly, and a layer of our homecooked rock sugar pear adding a touch of crunchiness.
It's delicately floral scent combined with the soothing taste of rock sugar pear, is the perfect dessert during tea time!
Our chiffon cloud cake is so fluffy, light, and less sweet that you can easily eat a few slices!
This cake should be kept refrigerated or consumed immediately upon collection. (THIS CAKE IS EXTREMELY FRAGILE AS NO ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENT IS USED AS CREAM STABILISER)
