Osmanthus Honey Lemon 桂花蜂蜜柠檬
This incredibly soft and light honey cake marries our homemade lemon curd and osmanthus honey chantilly cream, a cake that delivers sweet and sour in instant perfect harmony. Neither flavor overpowers the other, but each is distinct in every bite.
Our chiffon cloud cake is so fluffy, light, and less sweet that you can easily eat a few slices!
This cake should be refrigerated or enjoyed immediately upon collection. It is extremely fragile, as no artificial stabilizers are used in the cream.
