Soft pandan chiffon layers, sandwiched with our homemade pandan kaya and santan mulut gula melaka. Fragrant, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness, a familiar flavour profile that feels both nostalgic and indulgent ✨
Our chiffon cloud cake is so fluffy, light, and less sweet that you can easily eat a few slices!
This cake should be refrigerated or enjoyed immediately upon collection. It is extremely fragile, as no artificial stabilizers are used in the cream.
